A colleague shared a response to my previous blog entry, Maybe I should be encrypting my data.
A quick way to get started with protecting your data is to use VeraCrypt.org ! Since I use VeraCrypt on Mac, Win and Linux machines, I’ve found it a great way to transport encrypted data and have it accessible across multiple platforms. Yet, how to introduce someone to VeraCrypt?
To that end, I sought out some tutorials on the web worth sharing that were written for TrueCrypt—VeraCrypt’s predecessor—but fortunately since VeraCrypt works exactly the same, they work fine!
