Panamanian Empanada Recipe

One of my favorite foods from my childhood is the Panamanian empanada. This empanada holds spicy ground meat inside of it and is a joy to eat! Unfortunately, my previously posted blog entry on this topic lost the recipe, so I’m reposting it here and hoping others who are interested will see it.

  1. I’ve been using the Never Fail Pie Crust, since I well started making pies. I found it in Dobson, NC at a Blackberry festival where they call cobbler “sonker.” It is amazing where the “Never Fail Pie Crust” has been 🙂
