Pamela Parker (Texas Teacher Law) has pointed out a web site that provides an indispensable list for getting past those automated phone systems. You know, the ones you have to listen to all the options because “all the options have changed.” Pamela writes:

The website Get Human has compiled a long list of companies along with the secret to getting your phone call immediately routed to a human being. No promises on how well the human winds up helping you, but at least you’ll have a shot at getting what you need before your lunch break is over.
