These seem like motherhood and apple pie. They are so broad, that anyone would agree to them. Is there a way to quantify them better making them more measurable? Is there a way to balance 1) keeping abreast with technology (as an individual), 2) informing all stakeholders of available technology alternatives (and pluses and minuses), 3) helping make decisions that further learning and also are cost effective, and 4) planning and implementing technology?
