In spite of my best efforts, I have been unsuccessful in exporting all my Thingamablog blog entries (7000+) into a format that I can import into WordPress or Blogspot. Since I’d like to do something else with my mguhlin.net domain, this means that, well, I’m considering committing a cardinal sin–deleting my old blog entries.

Thingamablog entries are actually html files–156 megs–worth, and that is space I’d like to reclaim on my free server host. I’m sure that deleting the content will break lots of links. Over the last few months since I made the switch to blogspot (i’m at about 450+ entries) in October, 2008, I’ve been grabbing the most popular entries and reposting them in my new blog.

So, consider this fair warning.
