This is a link of a new posting at the US Dept of Ed site about the new $44 billion in funding. In particular, look at the section entitled, “Overview of ARRA”.

It does include advice on programs and projects that the funding is seeking. This info is for you to begin to think ahead and be prepared for what may come with ideas that would mesh with the design of the funding.

Here is another link to a pdf or powerpoint presentation on the ARRA dated just 5 days ago. Please share this as you wish in your district.
