We used UStream to live stream our press briefings when we were closed for swine flu. We had some issues with the DV cam/Mac setup, but we went from 20 people watching the first day, to 300 the second, to over 1000 the third. We also set up a twitter account for the district and within two weeks had almost 400 followers.My initial post about it is here, and I’m going to try to do a little more reflection on it this week.
