Earn Your EdTech Certificate (Press Release)

You can earn a K-12 Certificate in Instructional Computing Applications upon the completion of only four courses at the University of Memphis. Not only is our
program an exclusive in the MidSouth, it is one of the best educational technology programs in the country. At the University of Memphis, you will receive a high-quality, affordable education.

K-12 educators are invited to participate in this certificate program offered through the U of M’s College of Education. The courses for the certificate are designed to prepare in-service and pre-service teachers to meaningfully integrate technology into teaching and learning. The four required courses for the technology certificate are:

Advance your life.
From the convenience of your home.
The prestige of a major university.

Teachers who have completed the certificate have remained in their classrooms to become models for technology integration. Others have leveraged this certificate to become technology integration specialists, such as technology facilitators, technology coaches, and curriculum integration specialists. For your convenience, courses are online. You can choose to take courses in Summer, Fall and Spring terms.
