Here are my settings for PHP.ini file for Moodle…any suggestions?
Modify to reflect values below:

display_errors = Off
display_startup_errors = Off
register_globals = Off
post_max_size = 2000M
mysql.connect_timeout = -1
max_execution_time = 5000
max_input_time = 5000
memory_limit = 500M

file_uploads = On
upload_max_filesize = 500M

Remove the ; from in front of these:

extension=php_curl.dll
extension=php_ldap.dll

Note that the following may no longer be present in your version of XAMPP; I’m leaving them here just in case (not likely).
