Convert Jing SWFs?

When I saw a twitter conversation between @bethstill and @mbteach about converting SWFs, my hopes were raised by the Online Converter web site:

Unfortunately, though I tried converter to AVI and MP4, all that came through was the sound from the SWF (which isn’t a bad trick to know about).  So, thank goodness I’m a Jing Pro user and can save to MP4. . .and there are other screencasting tools that are free depending on your operating system.
On a different note, Jing Pro has this neat feature that now allows you to record your own computer screen AND audio from a different device (say, like the audio playing from an on-screen video that you can’t convert or save). You can do this using SoundFlower (on a Mac) and Jing Pro.
This is a great modification on Jing’s part!
