If you read ebooks, you’ll definitely want to peruse a new guide from the MakeUseOf.com folks! The guide is entitled Open Book: Managing Your eBooks with Calibre…it’s a free guide.

I’ve written about Calibre before and use it all the time…for example, to do a book review on Stephanie Sandifer’s new book on Wikis for School Leaders, I had to convert the document she sent me to ePub format.

Kindle readers should also pay attention since there’s a part on removing “digital rights management” (a.k.a. DRM) which boils down to letting you make copies of your book so you can read it on ANY device you own, not just a Kindle through their dedicated reader.
