“Don’t worry about talking to the movers/shakers. Talk to the moved and shaken.”
– Peter Jennings as quoted by John Quinones
I usually skip keynotes at TCEA Conferences. They’re often irrelevant to what we’re about as educators, or plumb bad. Today, I decided to listen to John Quinones, host of What Would You Do?, and I am so glad that I did.
John’s presentation made me tear up. It was powerfully rich story that employed only one video clip. His story, his experiences were so compelling I found myself swept away and grateful for the power of story.
