Songimation: NeuroDiversity and Too Much Testing

Want to opt out of high-stakes state tests in 2022? You may want to check out the advice in this document from TASB:
In Texas, parents who object to standardized testing are publicly discussing the idea of “opting out,” either by keeping their children at home on test dates or by permitting them to abstain from testing. These parents have the right to express their opinions, of course. For example, they might file a grievance at the local level, or, even better, express their points of view to state and federal lawmakers who have the power to change testing requirements. However, actually “opting out” is not as easy as it sounds, and there are important consequences parents should consider. (TASB, February 2022)
Of course, this is a common complaint, not unique to Texas. You could almost transplant this complaint from the United Kingdom. Vicky Arlidge made the following video. She writes:

If you are concerned about how unhappy our teenagers are (the most unhappy in Europe!) and think that the UK’s outdated curriculum needs to change then please like and share this video! Neurodiversity is on the rise and our neurodiverse children suffer more than most with their mental health. In my mind, there is no doubt that our exam system contributes to this. I have made this short ‘songimation’ to try and raise awareness. Please try to help make change happen and support our young people, neurodiverse and neurotypical, by sharing! Thank you.

The issues aren’t exactly the same, but the idea to create a video has merit. Would this approach work in Texas?
