Kindergarten Killer

Looking for a mouse-clicking game this evening (for a workshop tomorrow), I was surprised, shocked, dismayed, disappointed…what other words can convey my deep anti-game feeling…to encounter Kindergarten Killer. The game basically involves a janitor with a shotgun running around blasting kindergarten students in the head! Who came up with this kind of craziness?

This game is unbelievable and should be taken offline. Make sure you let your thoughts be known to the game developers.

Update 12/2012: In light of the NewTown, Connecticut shootings, if this game is still online, are these the kind of games that should be encouraged? What more can we do to ensure these kinds of games do not serve as “training grounds” for people who would act them out in “real life?”

  1. Hey Miguel, crazy game…but I dont know how far youve gotten in this game, but it contains some curse words once you pass the first level.

  2. Paul, I didn’t get that far but I would definitely NOT endorse this game! How can anyone justify this in light of Columbine and other incidents of violence in schools?

  4. Hi Miguel,I detected a tad of irony in your post. I am a little stunned that anyone could invest their time in creating something that glorifies school shootings. I do hope that Paul’s comment was made with his tongue placed firmly in his cheek, or he has missed the entire point of the post.Andrew

  6. Andrew, yes, it was tongue in cheek…sorry if it didnt come out that way. I know Miguel or anyone in Miguels shoes would endorse anything like this.
